Who You Are

You, the Marketing Coordinator of our dreams, are high energy, creative, with an ear for opportunity and an eye for detail. You understand that the real key to success is solving the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing projects and campaigns to ensure flawless execution. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals on industry leading brands and have an impact in driving and growing their business.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage customer service, always ensuring a positive experience for the end-user
  • Provide day-to-day website and marketing program support for clients and company
  • Assist in the creation of visually appealing and engaging content for communication campaigns, blogs, website assets, sales promotions, brochures and social media posts
  • Generate and analyze program reports, and provide recommendations
  • Execute email strategies for clients and loyalty program members
  • Act as backup to account manager and other team members as necessary
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, products/services and competitive landscape

Experience, Education, and Skills

  • BA/BS degree preferred in Marketing, Business or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing and operations
  • Experience with graphic design and content creation
  • Team-oriented, driven, and a positive attitude is essential
  • Natural organizational skills with proven attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of work flexibility
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience with email platforms (iContact, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn new software to support the business (including Smartsheet, Canva, Venngage, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by business

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
